(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Head Chef (Wok) for a 5 star luxury hotel.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the culinary team in creating a vibrant dining experience through the captivating flavors and bustling energy of Chinese cuisine.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth running of operation and seamless coordination.
• Supervise the restaurant in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will foster a harmonious work environment.
• Significant professional experience with Chinese cuisine is required.
